This engagement gives you insight into your current pipeline, and we also look at bottlenecks in the project. Based on this audit we recommend an optimization, for example by splitting up the pipelines and running them in parallel, or sequentially instead. We also look at the CD part of the pipeline, and whether it contains enough validation points. If not, we aim to offer a fitting solution here as well, using the tools that suit your organization.

We also work on a development dashboard with DORA metrics, so periodic health checks can be done. We would also like to know how your organization currently resolves incidents, so we can possibly add value there too.

The ultimate goal is reducing the time it takes to run through the entire pipeline, from first commit to production deployment.
